Pride Group Athletes Shine at State Special Olympics

Sixteen members of the Le Mars Pride Group participated at the Northwest Iowa Special Olympics on Saturday, April 13th at Dordt College in Sioux Center. Everyone performed very well, and seven of those athletes qualified for State Special Olympics at Iowa State University in Ames.

At state on May 24th the team brought home numerous awards including two gold medals, one silver medal, one bronze medal, and a number of ribbons. Congratulations to everyone who participated on a job well done!
