Our company is driven by a passion to ensure our members are educated about their disability and know how to manage their disability; all while encouraging activities and living situations that hold as much independence as possible. We strive to always guarantee our members are in a safe environment, while also treating members with the respect each individual deserves.
Community Based Services (CBS)
This division provides residential support and programming for persons living in apartments or houses in the community. The daily services include 24 hour supervision for persons residing in waiver and HAB homes. Services include personal assistance, daily living skills instruction, and community integration. Service provision includes a variety of funding sources with individual care plans for each person served. These services are offered in all divisions of our organization. The Pride Group waiver services include ID, BI and Hab. The Pride Group offers CBS services in Sioux City, Le Mars, and Cherokee, Iowa.
Residential Care Facility (RCF)
Food, shelter, personal development and social activities are provided in a positive environment with 24 hour assistance for the individuals who reside in a residential care facility. Professional health support services are also offered along with adult basic education and work program opportunities. Independent living skill development is offered on an individualized basis for all participants, as well as health support services and community integration. The Pride Group offers residential care services in the following locations: Le Mars and Primghar, Iowa.
Supported Community Living (SCL)
The SCL hourly waivers are designed to assist and instruct the individual with daily living needs within their residence in the community. The hourly SCL services include personal assistance, daily living skill instruction, community integration and 24 hour emergency on call services. SCL is offered in Sioux City, Le Mars, and Cherokee, Iowa.
Day Hab Services
Day-habilitation services are individualized and provide an emphasis on mental health or mental disability treatment through rehabilitation activities. These activities are designed to increase the individuals’ ability to function independently or facilitate the transition from residential placement. The Pride Group utilizes individual and group treatment and rehabilitation services. Day Hab is offered in Sioux City, Iowa.
